The REDBOOK displays BAs Journey through his dreaming mind , activley practicing dreaming techniques for months BA began to have vivid dreams until eventually reaching lucidity , He took fascination to what he saw and what he was able to do asleep. Through out this time period BA no longer had nightmares or even viewed them as such , he started to scribe down what he was taking from the dreams , even writing out direct instructions on how to lucid dream "We all owe it to the one that paint the image" says BA as he emphasizes the presence of stars on the ceiling of his uptown neighborhood . Drawing parallels from his experiences in the mountains of Venezuela to the corners of The Bronx , letting us know to look up and realize we are dreaming , to seek better thinking and systems of function , BA articulates on what some of the dreams could have meant in reference to his own personal life , what we get with REDBOOK is , collapsing soundscapes with a hefty voice holding it together , a mighty approach in combination with highly vulnerable moments , from the heaviest, darkest days to the most thrilling powerful moments , BA helps navigate us thru the spaces that seem hectic or even irrational to his own mind , keeping a cool and clear demeaner thru the course reminding people that this is just a dream , you can change the channel whenever you want , you do curate your life and what happens in it , BLESSINGS
